The Cosmic Light
Concept art illustrating how cosmic radiation superimpose into the visible spectrum -
Sun falling in Hessdalen
The sun falls, but the universe still shine... -
Cardinal Sine Wave Road in Hessdalen
150 people live here, but they seem very calm considering that it possibly is one of the few places on Earth were the cosmic radiation becomes visible... -
Bright Skies in Hessdalen
Look up, and you might be surprised in Hessdalen... If it is not the sun, our closest star, maybe it is superimposed light from other radiating stars and remnants in cosmos?
Some of this radiation reach the surface of Earth, but our eyes are not adapted to see it. Modern science has detected it, e.g in the ultraviloet, infrared, microwave, and radio range. -
Minerals in Hessdalen
The high consentration of conducting minerals in the earth and moving water is at the core of the CLT theory as this is proposed as the cause of distortion to the magnetic field of Earth which again causes cosmic radiation to "collide" in the valley. -
Pilgrim in Hessdalen
Walk in the tracks of our forefathers... -
Why go to Mars?
If you ever wanted to visit another planet, but cannot afford it... -
Dangerous Mines in Hessdalen
Hessdalen has several mineral mines as part of the Røros field. The mines are now filled with water. The high consentration of conducting minerals in the earth and moving water is at the core of the CLT theory as this is proposed as the cause of distortion to the magnetic field of Earth which again causes cosmic radiation to "collide" in the valley. -
The Killingdal Mine
The Killingdal mine is one of Northern Europe's deepest mines. It was closed with water in 1986. -
Close Encounters of a Strange Kind in Hessdalen
From here, you can watch the lights. Well, not exactly from here, but behind those bricks. -
As above, so below in Hessdalen.
Concept art illustrating the view from inside a mineral mine filled with water. Outside, a light shines bright in the sky.
Water + minerals + valley formation = Distorted magnetic field.
Distorted magnetic field + invisible cosmic radiation = Visible cosmic radiation (the light phenomena) -
The Marsh in Hessdalen
In the eighties, a piece of marsh weighing over two tons was found lying 4-5 meters from its original place. It was removed without any damage.
This event happened in a neighbor valley of Hessdalen and is considered to be independent of the light phenomena. So what caused it?
You can learn more about this happening in the documentary "Hessdalenfenomenet" under the menu "Videos". This documentary was presented by the Norwegian TV Channel TV Norge in 2009).
